We are small company, you directly support local families, not the global corporations
Booking process
1. CONTACT
Please contact us as ahead as possible, to prevent the stress and overbooked situations. Working hours: daily 7:00 – 22:00 local time.
Clients who book first, get the tour. When we get overbooked we do not arrange any unknown guides, we use only the proven-quality staff!
2. BOOKING
It will make the process faster and easier if you use our booking form – click this:
For the early bookings please send the detailed email request (mention: your last name, hotel, dates, time, telephone number, budget). If you book last minute please rather call us or send SMS. We will exchange some informative emails and send you the final confirmation.
We check emails daily between 18:00 – 22:00 (local time). We lead the tours during the day and we focus on our current clients. We do not follow the emails on our mobile phones.

3. TOUR
Our guide will call to the hotel or send you WhatsApp sms to reconfirm your tour in the evening before the tour. We will pick you up at your Prague hotel. The final details and itinerary are set directly between the guide and the clients. We start every tour with the “info session” – 10 min.
Hotel pick up and info session are free of charge!
4. PAYMENT
Clients mostly like the freedom to pay cash at the end of the tour directly to the guide. So they pay only the time they have really consumed.
If you prefer non-cash payments: we kindly ask you to pay ahead. We will send you the online payment link so you can easilly pay with your credit card. We can also send the Pay Pal money request or info about our account.
Communication and problems
If you have any problem, suggestion or a question please contact directly the owner Šárka (sarka@me.com, +420 777 225 205). I care about the quality and learn from every tour report.
We usually pick up the phones from 7 am to 10 pm, local time (GM1)
We usually reply the emails in the local evening time 18:00 – 22:00, within 12-24 hours.
We prefer to solve all the communication, by emails or WhatsApp sms. We use several email addresses with various suffixes to overcome the spam blocking problems.
IF YOU DO NOT GET ANY REPLY it is maybe only because of your strong spam control. Try to add us into the “white list” and send us other of your email addresses with a different suffix. Send WA sms.
It will definitely help us, if you also send one more email from a different address.
GDPR – Data Protection
Simply said: We are small, friendly, family style commpany we do not use your data as big corporations. No hidden marketing tricks! We store only the information you agree to provide us – so we can arrange the travel services for you. We do not reveal your information to any person out of our company. Only your guide/ driver, emailing operator and company owner can see your information. We do not do any marketing, neither spamming, only information service about Prague events (helpful to the clients).

If the client is a company we process: business name or legal entity name including any distinguishing add-on or other designation, registered office, identification number of the entity or any similar number assigned abroad, as well as data identifying any other legal entity that is the governing body, a member of the governing body or the controlling entity of the legal entity.
2. ON WHAT BASIS, FOR WHAT PURPOSE AND FOR HOW LONG DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We processes the personal data of customers based on our obligations arising from applicable legislation and the fact that data processing is necessary for us to fulfil our contracts. The data retention period is 24 month (2 years).
3. TO WHOM DO WE TRANSFER OR MAKE YOUR PERSONAL DATA ACCESSIBLE?
We only make your personal data accessible to the competent public authorities that are authorised to request them as part of their supervision activities under generally binding legislation. We do not transmit your personal data to any other people out of our company.
4. YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS
In accordance with the legislation in force as regards personal data protection, you have the following rights:
- the right to access your personal data that we process;
- the right to correct your personal data if they is in any way incorrect or inaccurate;
- if you find or believe that we are processing your personal data in a way that is in conflict with the protection of your private and personal life or in violation of the law, including if your personal data are inaccurate with regard to the purpose for which they are being processed, you have the right to request an explanation from us and to demand that we remedy this situation (for example, by blocking, correcting, supplementing or deleting your personal data);
- the right to request the erasure of your personal data or restriction of processing;
- the right to object to data processing to assess whether the statutory obligations to which we are subject have been breached;
- if we are processing your personal data with your consent, you have the right to withdraw this consent;
- you also have the right to the portability of the data you have provided to us, which we process out of necessity for contract performance purposes. If you would like to transmit these data to another controller, we will allow you to obtain your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or, if technically feasible, we will transmit them directly to the new controller;
